Our Team
The Alaha Ahrar for Congress campaign is powered by a small but deeply committed grassroots team focused on community, service, and people-first leadership across Virginia's 7th District. We believe movements are not built by political insiders alone. They are built by neighbors, volunteers, advocates, and everyday people willing to step forward and do the work.

Focus Areas
Laiza C. Dipré serves as Campaign Manager and primary media contact for the Alaha Ahrar for Congress campaign. Working directly alongside Alaha, she helps lead campaign operations, communications, grassroots organizing, volunteer coordination, and community outreach across Virginia's 7th District.
As a first-generation Latina entrepreneur and advocate, Laiza brings a people-centered approach grounded in resilience, accessibility, and authentic connection to the community. Her work is focused on helping build a campaign that feels human, accessible, and deeply rooted in the everyday realities people face. Although coming from outside the traditional political establishment, Laiza believes meaningful movements are built by ordinary people willing to step forward, organize, and fight for their communities together.
Laiza first met Alaha through advocacy work supporting survivors and vulnerable members of the community. What began as support during a difficult chapter evolved into a shared commitment to public service, grassroots organizing, and building systems that treat people with dignity and compassion. Together, they are working to build a campaign centered on humanity, accessibility, and real community connection.
Estamos construyendo un movimiento impulsado por la comunidad, la dignidad y el compromiso de servir a los demás. Creemos en un liderazgo humano, accesible y conectado verdaderamente con la gente.
